I scheduled the appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation. I also explained there was a issue with a error message of SD Card Removed. So I was scheduled at 745 am. Car was dropped off the night before and at 1 pm the vehicle was not done. I was told the 745 am appointment time was only for the oil/tire service. I think you should tell you customers that or schedule a appointment where all services can be done in a timely manner.
