The sales staff were nice. I was a bit surprised that they spent so much time talking about our budget and ability to pay before we ever were able to take a test drive. We were motivated to buy a new vehicle while the yearend incentives were in place, so it did not turn us off. It was all business and that ultimately made for a quicker transaction in the long run. Also, we were never told that our new Enclave had an automatic engine shut off when stopped in traffic. That is still something we are trying to get used to. Other models we looked at had a button to disable this - the Enclave does not.
