We took our Encore in for a oil change and it was a horrible experience. The car was washed after the service and the window was down on the passenger side. The porter either ignored it was open or didn't care it was open, the end result was the entire passenger side was SOAKED when we got the car back. no said anything to my wife and let her take the car as is. Immediately after leaving the dealership my son who was in the passenger side sad the seat was wet, she pulled over to check and it wasn't just wet, it was completely soaked, the seat, floor and back seat and floor, the doors. She took the car back and the service manger acknowledged the issue and gave her a loaner so they can detail the entire interior. That is where it got even worse!! she got a call a couple of days later to pick up alleged detailed vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, she noticed and that NOTHING was done, nothing shampooed, vacuumed, wiped, UNTOUCHED! She immediately talked to the service manager who once again gave her the loaner and kept the car another day. The next day (3rd trip now) went to pick up the vehicle and this time it appeared the car was vacuumed but no signs of a detail, no shampoo smell or feel, nothing wiped, now there was added dirt or grease marks on the inside door handle, finger prints throughout, dusty dashboard. She was so irritated she just left. With work, 2 small kids at home, and other priorities, we do not have time to keep waiting on incompetent porters to do their job, driving to and from the dealership 3 towns over. this is the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership.
