Confirmed Service Customer
Bought a remote starter for my 2017 regal. Wanted to know how far away it would work, nobody knew. First night it wouldn't work until I was about 30 feet away. Next day I was in the gym by the door, about 100 feet away, clear view, it wouldn't work. Went back to the dealer and he started my car about 120 feet away in plain view in the parking lot and was told might not work in a Building. Not what I was looking for. Not happy with the product. My friends start their cars in our locker room at work. If I have to be close and in plain view I don't need a remote starter. Service was good, product not good. Spent $360 on a remote starter that doesn't do what I was told it would do.
