Because I was there the weekend before after scheduling and getting confirmation through the app. Then getting there and they didn't have me on the schedule. Then rep tells me that they needed to do a fuel service but denied it without even asking me?

I have never given a bad review until now, it was horrible, and I called to discuss my problem and no one seemed to care I don’t even know if my oil was changed either because my car read 58% That’s what it read when I took it in! I’m so dissatisfied that I’m all over the place with this review I have spent good money with Circle- is the only place I take my Buick to get serviced but not anymore I’m trying to find another Buick dealer to take my car to for oil changes, etc.

Everything was great until they washed my car. I received my car back dropping wet. I was expecting someone to dry it off just like they do when they wanted me to purchase it. I was disappointed
