Well I went in for service ( oil change and tire rotation. Your service Tech damaged all 4 rims on my New vehicle... I went back to have damage repaired... only fixed 1 rim , so I had to return again and after 4 trips to dealership they finally fixed the damage. The sales person " Kathy Woods " is the worst I have had to deal with. When I went in for the service I informed Kathy ( sales ) and Justin ( service ) in regards to my truck SHAKING at highway speeds only to gind out that All 4 wheels on my New Truck had never been Balanced, I told them both that this IS a Safety issue and no one put it on the service ticket so that was an extra trip to dealership. I also asked Ms. Woods to check into options regarding my lease as I am not satisfied at all with truck !!!.. in the 3 weeks between all the trips to dealer she Never once contacted me. I will be taking my Vehicle to another GM dealer for any future service. I even asked the Finance person about Voiding the Lease within 24 buisness hours after purchase and he told me I signed a contract and he had already sent paperwork in and would Not give me my trade-in back. I will NOT RECOMMEND Circle GMC to anyone. I even thought of writing the CEO of GM , but figured it would do No Good. Your dealership even lost my front license plate , which I had to pay to replace. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED !!

This is the first time that I have had a bad experience. I explained my situation to the girl when I made my appointment and she said my AC would be covered under warranty. When I get there, the service tech tells me it's not and that he would charge $159 just to find out what the problem was. I am on disability and that is not in my budget. I also am an amputee and have to drive with hand controls. After my truck was finished with the oil change, they brought the truck out for me to pick up. He neglected to reconnect the hand controls so I had to get down on my knees to reattach it before I could leave.
Staff is always alert * cordial * professional * knowledgeable * accommodating - Sales * Service * Parts * Cashiers I ordered box rails for this visit and had the installation done at Circle - Outstanding !!!

I left my 2020 gmc 2500 hd sierra for oil change and front rotor grinding, they keep it for a week and they say the truck is ok my truck make a big noise from the front rotor i have to take to the next Gmc dealer

First appointment was 7/3 at 945. Took 3.5 hours to diagnose issue (power steering leak). They ordered parts, I waited a week and called to check on parts. No information. Called after 2 weeks, was informed order was 'in process'. Car was longer drivable. Beginning of 3rd week was called that parts were in but didn't have an opening until 7/30. Towed car in early for appointment and it was not ready until end of day Friday. Car still leaks and the steering wheel now makes a grinding noise when turned to the right. Extremely disappointed with entire experience
